Years ago Lanzetta Orthodontics were amazing with my boys throughout their Invisalign treatment. Now it was my turn and I couldn’t be more grateful for my experience or happier with my results. Dr. Mike is fantastic!! I’m currently nearing the end of my Invisalign treatment and my teeth have made such a drastic improvement. Todays visit went especially well when I told him about a few teeth I’d like to move more to achieve the “perfect” smile in my eyes. Without hesitation he said it wouldn’t be a problem to continue my treatment until I looked in the mirror and was truly happy with my smile! I love Dr. Mike and his wonderful staff as well, they’re all so kind and willing to help!

For about a little over a year I was a patient here. Dr. Lanzetta and his team are the best and they truly care about helping you and working with you in order to help you achieve nice teeth. You are not just another person, they get to know you and make you feel comfortable. I had Invisalign treatment for my upper teeth, and a little bit of an overbite. Through his and his team’s competence and care my teeth and smile are great; it was painless yet effective. Had everything of what I needed and appointments were not something I dreaded at all! High quality orthodontic care.

They are always very attentive to your needs. They take very good care of you and make sure you are satisfied with the results. I have Invisalign and they have made a couple of adjustments to my satisfaction. They want you to be happy with the final result.

The staff at Dr. Lanzetta office are beyond amazing. My son was at awe by Dr. Andrew. He left feeling confident and interested in being an orthodontist! He’s only 11, but that alone shows the amount of influence a person can make on a child especially on his first visit. He gained my sons trust. The code of medical ethics is something that should be acknowledged at Dr. Lanzetta’s office.Bianca helped explained every possible plan available. Dr. Mike made my sons dream come true! I couldn’t believe the rates offered to me. I have been to two other orthodontist and both were WAY out of my pay rate. I feel blessed to have found such an amazing place for my son. I have complete trust in his team. I can’t wait to see the final results! Thank you Dr. Mike, Dr. Andrew, and the whole team for making this happen!

Great for your community…great for your smile!I just had the pleasure of entertaining Forest Elementary School families at their block party in Riverview last night. Thanks to the friendly staff at Lanzetta Orthodontics for helping to make this community event a big success! Not only did they sponsor the walk-around magical entertainment that I provided for the event, but they had a variety of wonderful gifts for everyone who visited their table. Just amazing how professional and courteous the staff are. Bianca the manager went ABOVE AND beyond to make sure my daughter was well taken care of. She pushed for my daughter to get insurance approval asap and definitely felt the love. From the front desk to the dental assistant to Dr Mike this place is a 10 out of 10. Great pricing too!!

The most professional and caring orthodontist in Metro Detroit! Dr. Mike is a perfectionist, but in a good way. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, my family and I have been driving over an hour for his expertise for many, many years. There is no orthodontist better than Dr. Mike! I recommend him above anyone else.

I have finally started Invisalign after many of years and several dentist telling me I would have to go threw years of traditional braces. Dr mike and his staff are the first to make it happen. They are really nice and extremely professional. They listened to what I wanted. To me it’s worth every penny to know that I can and will soon be able to be confident in my smile. My dental issues are Trauma related and I have been told they were pretty complex. They didn’t make me feel that way at all. I was hit in the mouth with a golf club when I was younger and I broke my jaw and over 15 bones and a socket in my mouth and my teeth were moved. I went threw my mouth being wired shut for months. I really didn’t want traditional braces. There’s no words for the excitement and emotions I feel today with my aligners on. They also have a really good payment plan and options for those who are worried about it. DO it call them today you won’t regret it. I know I don’t.

Above & Beyond is how I describe Dr. Lanzetta and his team. Clean, comfortable area from when you walk in the door all the way to where they seat you for your exam.
